phase 1

Phase 1 was a comprehensive energy efficiency and sustainability initiative completed across 10 City and County facilities totaling approximately 1.1 million square feet. Through an Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC), the City was able to modernize building systems and infrastructure with no upfront, out-of-pocket cost to the City. Project improvements were funded through guaranteed future energy savings, allowing the City to implement energy conservation measures while reducing utility costs and improving facility performance.
